This single -vineyard, single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon is from E&E Shaw Vineyards. It is fruit-forward with hearty flavors of plum and blackberry. Aged with a combination of Medium and Dark Toast French oak, this is ready to be enjoyed now.

Red Mountain Red Blend
Here’s the thing about having a single vintage wine — you don’t have to do it! After several blind taste tests and agonizing evenings of wondering if we were doing the right thing, we committed to this blend. 20% 2018 Merlot from E&E Shaw vineyards and 80% 2016 Heart of the Hill Cabernet Sauvignon make this blend truly special. The vineyards are next to each other, smack in the center of the Red Mountain AVA and right out our back door.
We think it’s the perfect combination of the floral notes of Merlot and the heft of Red Mountain AVA Cabernet Sauvignon.
